Division 1 of 5th District (Southern) Change of Watch, 2008

Each year we celebrate the time honored tradition of the "Change of Watch". It is a ceremony honoring those members who have provided the leadership and guidance throughout the year. It is also encompasses the swearing in of the leadership for the next year, and appointment of the officers that manage the speciality functions within the Division.
